    A typical day for a personal trainer can vary depending on where and for who he or she works. They can either make "house calls" to clients and train them at their own homes, showing them what exercises to do and how to do them to acheive a specific result. Also, a trainer can be employed by a gym or fitness center, and work training clients who attend the gym for rates set up by the gym itself.
